This world leading manufacturer of Infusion Therapy, Critical Care and Oncology medical devices is seeking a Sydney based Senior Manager for their APAC Customer Service teams based across APAC. Reporting into the Sydney based, Director of Supply Chain Operations, this position will see you responsible for a total team of 19, with 5 direct reports for Customer Service teams based in Sydney, China & Japan. A key focus for this newly created position is to really drive, inspire and motivate your service teams to deliver on KPI’s and business / department objectives. Enjoy a strategic role through analysis of internal management systems and customer feedback to identify gaps and issues to streamline and implement continuous improvement plans. Superior service provision to customers is critical to any business and this global medical device organisation is no different. Whether your service team is supporting your internal Customers, such as the customer facing sales teams, through to healthcare professionals in Public & Private Hospitals throughout APAC, your role is to continually steer the team, drive change where needed, all with an end goal of continuous provision of strong service levels. The successful applicant for this newly created role must present with a solid 3 – 5 years APAC Senior Management in Customer Service. Ideally your experience will be gained from within the healthcare sector, or a related field, however, applications are welcome from outside of healthcare, providing the initial criteria is met. It is preferred that the successful applicant will be tertiary qualified along with a high level of expertise with Oracle or a similar ERP system. It is ESSENTIAL that applicants present with some level of Japanese language skill.
