Site based role across Central & Western Sydney Regions Ongoing Defence construction projects Project values ranging from $1 - 20M THE ROLE Join our growing NSW team and assist in the delivery of multiple remediation projects across Sydney. You will be primarily responsible for engineering deliverables and operations, overseeing technical disciplines and coordination of our projects. RESPONSIBILITIES Plan and coordinate works, equipment and personnel Procurement and subcontract engagement Drive HSEQ and HSEQ compliance Manage ITPs and Quality documentation RFI’s Prepare and submit progress claims Monitor project costs Coordinate direct labour workforce and sub-contractors Program and schedule works Quantity take-offs Prepare tender submissions Undertake site inspection ABOUT YOU Extensive on-ground project engineering experience Tertiary qualification Previous Defence experience highly desirable Project delivery skills, including budgeting and coordinating works Client facing with a commercial skillset Ability to positively influence, develop and maintain stakeholder relationships Self-managing while working well in a team environment Proven problem-solving ability and can ‘think outside the box’ Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines THE BENEFITS Ongoing rewards & recognition programs Access to everyday discounts from Australia’s leading retailers with Flare Paid parental leave Employee referral programs up to $2000 Salary sacrifice options Employee Assistance Program Novated lease options First Aid and Mental First Aid Support Officers Submit your resume today and start a conversation with one of our friendly recruiters.
