The previous incumbent has been supported in their transition into following their passions in the arts space, so now we are seeking a new Administrator on a permanent full time basis. Your daily responsibilities will include: Answering the phone in a professional manner and assisting potential and current customers with general enquiries or ordering assistance; Managing an email inbox; Responding to website enquiries; Database management including opening and closing client/job files; Assisting with the scheduling of site visits; Filing, tracking and providing relevant documentation where required; Liaising with suppliers and building strong relationships; Continuous learning and team development activities; and Following up leads generated through marketing activities, as well as other outbound calling to prospective and existing customers. To be considered for this position, you will need: A helpful and positive attitude with the ability to use initiative during quiet periods; Previous Administration experience including working with stock and building relationships with suppliers; Accurate and efficient data entry skills; and The ability to work in the office on a full time basis.
