With operations both locally and overseas, they are seeking an experiencedSenior Sales Administrator to support their team. You'll have the opportunity to work with major retailers such as Kmart, Target, Big W etc. and be involved in the development of beautiful, creative and fun award winning products that are in high demand. The product range includes arts, crafts, books, stationery and much more The Role You will be part of a well-established team who are successful and passionate about their work. Your role will be essential in managing customers end-to-end requirements, collaborating with Account Managers and developing an understanding of the product range. What does the role involve? Establishing collaborative relationships with customers ensuring that requests are actioned promptly and accurately Prepare presentations, agendas, reports and samples for various meetings Participate in meetings taking notes and following up on action items Collaborate with various departments including studio, shipping, operations and demand planner Use internal systems to enter customer orders Compile and report on key competitor products, prices, customers, activity in market as required Skills and Requirements Ideally you will have experience working with major retailers in an administrative or similar capacity Working within a fast-paced environment Attention to detail is a must in this role Exceptional customer service Good written and communication skills Energetic and pro-active self-starter Excellent computer skills - MS Office suite Switched on and able to think on your feet Willing to help and able to ask questions when necessary If this sounds like you, please apply now.
