About the role We are looking for a professional, innovative and driven Solutions Sales Executive with a background in IT solutions or professional services who can maximise revenue potential by continually developing Konica Minolta’s market exposure in Queensland. The Solutions Sales Executive is responsible for helping the customer visualise the value of our solutions and delivering technology. You will have strong business development expertise, an ability to get to the key decision makers and the ability to project manage the sales process internally. Requirements To be qualified for this position, ideally your background and skills will comprise of the following: Ability to embrace new technology concepts Acting as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers Analysing and understanding customer requirements Hands-on management of internal processes and stakeholders through the sales process. Creating and presenting tailored solution-oriented demonstrations Understanding of document and content management, business process automation, capture, archival and retrieval. Achieving agreed revenue and business objectives Working with key internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities Proactively drive software sales within an existing customer base and with new prospects Essential requirements for this role: Work experience in business and software sales environment. Solid knowledge and experience of Cloud and SaaS sales cycles. Actively maintain insights into current industry technology trends. Exceptional presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills. Excellent solution selling and value based selling approach. Strong ability to manage internal processes and stakeholders Strong ability to engage with people and build relationships Strong negotiation skills to influence stakeholders Can Do Attitude Hold valid working rights for Australia. Hold a valid driving licence As per Konica Minolta compliance procedures, the successful candidate will be required to undertake background checks.
