Your tasks may include the following: Answering inbound enquiry calls Providing exceptional customer service Email management Perform various administration tasks as required Data entry, inputting and updating with a high degree of accuracy Being the first point of contact for customers About You: Previous experience working in an administration, reception or phone-based customer service role Strong computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication skills both written and verbal High level of attention to detail Exceptional time management skills Exceptional efficiency, attention to detail, and organisational skills Ability to work both unsupervised and as a member of a team Hours: 8.30am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
