Spring Professional now has an exciting opportunity available as Portfolio Operations Manager based from this property groups Head Office in Melbourne's CBD. In this role the Portfolio Operations Manager you will manage the day to day maintenance activities, strategic operations planning and perform contract reviews across a portfolio of small shopping centres. Main responsibilities: Contractor management (cleaning and security) and performance management Overall maintenance and operations management for shopping centre's Management of purchase orders, invoice management, contractor payments and Contract Commercial Approval (CCA).
