About the Role We are urgently seeking Disability Support Workers to provide dedicated care for a 17-year-old female client living with complex needs, including schizophrenia, mental incapacity, hallucinations, and a background in out-of-home care. This is a critical role where your support can have a direct impact on her stability, well-being, and overall quality of life. Your Responsibilities Will Include: • Offering emotional and practical support to a young female client with mental health conditions such as schizophrenia and hallucinations • Assisting with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities • Providing stability in a supported independent living environment • Helping manage behavioral needs with patience, compassion, and professionalism • Working as part of a team to ensure a safe and nurturing space for the client About You: You are someone who has a deep sense of empathy and patience, especially when working with vulnerable individuals. Experience in mental health care or with young people coming from out-of-home care settings is highly regarded.
