The opportunity We are are seeking an experienced Senior Associate specializing in construction and commercial litigation to join the Sydney office. This role offers a balanced mix of hands-on matter management and strategic collaboration with our key stakeholders. In this role, you will provide counsel to domestic and international clients on complex disputes involving major construction and infrastructure projects. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to expand your expertise by advising on intricate commercial litigation matters for clients across sectors such as construction and engineering, defence, aviation, and resources. Exceptional Legal Professional Required You consistently deliver legal advice with a commercial and client-focused outlook. Under pressure, you excel in meeting deadlines and thrive working autonomously. Your strong communication and stakeholder management skills are evident in your confident interactions internally and externally. You approach tasks with a collaborative, positive, and energetic attitude. With your experience, you are adept at mentoring and training junior lawyers. You bring over 5 years of PQE gained in construction litigation, property litigation, or insurance infrastructure disputes.
