As a Legal Assistant in this team, you will work closely within a team providing support to a Partner and other fee earners. In this collaborative team, you will work alongside others in a close-knit team environment. The Workplace Relations & Safety Group specialise in all aspects of workforce management - from employee engagements and contracts, industrial relations, and workplace safety to disputes, grievances and terminations. Some of your responsibilities include: Assisting with editing and proof-reading letters, court documents, drafting letters, dictatyping, formatting documents Preparing and collating briefs to Counsel E-Court filing i.e. Federal/Supreme/County Courts and FWC, VCAT Diary and inbox management of multiple fee earners Meeting and travel management Billing Assisting with preparing presentations for the team & clients Ad hoc administration duties As a firm they offer: Hybrid working arrangements - 2 days from home per a week Supportive and friendly environment Regular Social events for those who enjoy Tech and Health discounts Stunning offices across Australia Option to take additional leave including an annual wellness day We're ideally looking for someone with prior Legal Support experience in Litigation.
