We are currently seeking an experienced MR Truck Driver with forklift licence to work out of our clients site located in Orange. Our client has been successful with bringing in more business delivering to the local mines, so this role will be for someone who is hard working, has great time management and will be for someone who seeking a long-term position. The successful applicant will be required to undertake multidrop pick up and deliveries to the mine site. Key Responsibilities Multi drop pick-ups and delivery of all types of freight Assist with loading and unloading of vehicle and freight sortation The ability to complete your own load restraints Maintaining a high level of time management due to time sensitive deliveries Accurately complete all paperwork including run sheets and manifest paperwork and maintaining scanning compliance with handheld scanners Actively demonstrate a strong commitment to safety including regular participation in safety conversations and toolbox talks Strict adherence to site and customer sites policies and procedures Skills & Experience Current MR licence with experience Forklift licence with experience preferred however experienced drivers with the ability to obtain their LF licence may also be considered Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) Will need to be able to pass mandatory regular Drug and Alcohol testing on client site Benefits Excellent pay and conditions - $43.28 per hour Monday to Friday - dayshift position Ongoing work leading to permanent Well maintained fleet vehicles Constant support and training Opportunity to work for a transport industry leader About Toll People ​​​​​​​ Toll People are Australia's most recognised provider of Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse staff.
