The role - your duties will include: Director of first impressions; Providing exceptional customer service to clients; Conducting general administration duties including answering phones, responding to emails, managing all ingoing and outgoing mail etc; Maintain general reception area, common areas and meeting rooms; Process and distribute all invoices, quotes etc; Office stationery and stocktake management; Assist with general day-to-day running of the office; Scheduling general office maintenance when needed; Providing administrative assistant to the Sales and Property Management teams; and Upholding professional standards.
