Our client is a successful Gold Coast company based in the Nerang area and is a niche supplier to the automotive industry. They have an excellent reputation, value customer service and also value their team. Due to further growth, they are now seeking a reliable and skilled Office Administrator to join their team, with the main focus on supporting daily operations, client service, and general administrative tasks. On offer is a permanent full-time position, with a very attractive salary and future growth potential. They are seeking a candidate that enjoys administration, is process driven, has a vibrant personality and is customer-focused in their approach. Full training and a hand-over will be available so that you can succeed in your role. Working closely with the business owners in the office, you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and managing of quotes and orders. Duties will include: Customer Service – Taking calls and managing email enquiries from clients (businesses and the public); discussing products and providing quotes CRM management - entering new clients and enquiries into the CRM, updating any communication with clients, adding quotes Creating and sending invoices and purchase orders Inventory management Processing payments and issuing receipts Creating warehouse picking lists and marking off deliveries Creating and maintaining spreadsheets for tracking stock, production lists, deliveries and billing Following up outstanding payments We are seeking candidates with a professional yet vibrant personality who also possesses a high level of administrative skills. The ideal person will meet the following criteria: At least 3 years office administration experience Professional approach with a high customer service focus Strong administrative skill with highly accurate data entry skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel or Google Sheets and Word as well as working within CRM systems Experience with Xero would be ideal but is not essential Strong written and verbal communication skills High organisational and time management skills with the ability to follow procedures Very good attention to detail, team focused and a great personality A knowledge of or interest in vehicles would be ideal but not essential To apply online, please click on the appropriate link.
