About the role: You will provide administrative support in the day-to-day administration activities in the Erskine Park depot including general admin support, manifesting, data input, debriefing and planning. The primary duties of the role will include: Manifesting consignments Loading planning and supporting operations The facilitation and management of customer orders and jobs received Liaising with operational staff to ensure all customer requirements are met Managing freight bookings and time slot requests Debriefing driver paperwork Assisting with depot pallet control Ad hoc administrative duties as directed by the Administration and Depot Manager Ensuring that all transport documents are correctly completed, filed and utilised in compliance with any and all regulatory standards for the transportation industry About you: The successful applicant would have to have an administrative background. Previous experience in the transport and logistics industry is highly regarded.
