The Counter sales/stores position is responsible for delivering a high level of customer service and operational support to ensure branch efficiency. About the role: Maintain and update customer database Handle sales and service phone and internet enquiries Outbound calls to existing and prospective customers Arrange dispatch of products or product information to existing clients or new contracts Comply with credit and company procedures Receive and receipt payment for goods Maintain excellent presentation of counter sales area Ensure same day processing of sales orders for next day delivery/pick up Ensure accuracy of sales orders What we are looking for: Great customer service skills Ability to tackle challenges and find solutions Well presented with good communication skills Knowledge of ordering systems is desired Experience working with a database What’s in It for You: Competitive Pay Rates Opportunity to work with an established and reputable business Training and support provided Monday to Friday 8am-4pm, great work/life balance How to Apply: To start the recruitment process, click APPLY.
