About the role We are seeking a temporary receptionist to join our Muswellbrook office on a part-time basis. We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to support our office operations for approximately 4-6 months. Position Details: Location: Muswellbrook Days: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday Hours: 4-5 hours per day Duration: Approximately 4-6 months This role will be responsible for: Performing reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing phone calls. Conducting general office duties, such as handling bins, shredding documents, and ordering stationery. Assisting with additional tasks as needed. About You: Prior experience in a reception or administrative role is preferred. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience working in an allied health environment is preferred.
