About the Role: You will look after a critical product area, and work end-to-end through user research, interviews, prototyping, wireframes and hi-fi mockups, as well as contributing to the design system. As a Senior Product Designer, you will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring the junior designers, and be willing to collaborate and share frequently with the team. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end design process, from ideation and user research to prototyping, testing, and final implementation. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand product goals and user needs, translating them into compelling design solutions. Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs based on user feedback. Contribute to the development of the design system, ensuring consistency across all products and platforms. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence. Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure that the user experience is at the forefront of all design decisions.
