ABOUT THE ROLE CQR has the opportunity for a motivated Medical Receptionist to join our busy front desk. Based at both Hillcrest Hospital and QTV House , you will deliver outstanding customer service for patients wishing to book and attend appointments at our Central Queensland fully comprehensive practices that include X-ray, Ultrasound to MRI services. Key responsibilities of the role: First impression of the practice as you meet and greet patients at the front desk. Cash handling and patient account processing to include Medicare and Health funds Attend staff meetings and participate in company training sessions Comply with procedures, policies, regulations and standards which impact upon the position and the Radiology Department, such as workplace health and safety, and other HR policies.
