The role We’re seeking a dedicated individual to support our Early Childhood Education Leaders in delivering and exceeding compliance with all related legislation, National Quality Standards and UOW Pulse Policies. This role is offered on a maximum term, part time basis, working at Kids Uni iC. You will work from 8.30am to 11.30am per day, from Monday to Friday. This role is covering a period of parental leave until June 2025. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient and timely customer service and administration of the service. Our priority is our high quality relationships with children and their families and the successful candidate will be quick to build rapport and ensure they feel welcome and supported. Requirements Experience using a Childcare Subsidy software platform (desirable) Experience working in an Early Education & Care administration setting (desirable) Experience using Microsoft Office – in particular Word and Excel Understanding of Commonwealth Government Funding for Child Care and National Quality Standards for Children’s Services Demonstrated organisational, time management and customer service skills Pass a National Police Check, banned and disqualified register search of the Australian Security Investment Commission (ASIC), National Personal Insolvency Index Check, ASIC and historical personal name search Clearance by the Office of the Children’s Guardian, under the Working with Children check For more information, please refer to the Job Description.
