Job Description We’re on the lookout for our next apprentice who is ready to kickstart their career in HR. Our Team Experience team (thats our HR team) play a pivotal role in driving our mission to provide the best team member experience at every opportunity, so you’ll get a chance to help drive our three pillars of success: Culture, Performance and Wellbeing. Support the HR team with administrative and coordination duties across the whole employment lifecycle. Liaise with Payroll to track staff movements within business for changes of terms and conditions of employment. Maintenance of our internal HR systems, including our HRIS, engagement platform and R&R system. Be the go-to person for general HR enquiries and manage the TX inbox (you’ll be that legend who can answer it all—or find out how). Support the wider HR team with adhoc projects and initiatives for engagement, onboarding and performance reviews. HR support & adhoc reporting.
