The Client: Asia Pacific Group established in 2009 is a consultancy business providing various services i.e., admission, migration, PTE, and health insurance. The Adelaide branch is operational since 2019 and they are looking for a full-time Project Administrator role with an annual salary set at $73,500 to $79,500 plus superannuation and will be based in their Adelaide office. The Responsibilities: Develop and implement tailored project plans that streamline the migration, admission, PTE, and health insurance processes. Coordinate and liaise with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, visa authorities, and health insurance providers, to ensure seamless delivery of services in accordance with the company's offerings. Assist clients in the preparation of necessary documentation and ensure all submissions comply with migration and education regulations as well as company policies. Manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously, ensuring adherence to company deadlines and objectives for client services. Monitor the progress of each project, proactively identifying potential risks or delays and implementing strategies to maintain adherence to schedules and quality standards as per company guidelines. Foster a collaborative work environment within the team, encouraging effective communication and teamwork to meet company targets and service quality expectations. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, repeat business, and client loyalty, in line with the company's customer service standards. Promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns, providing tailored solutions to improve client experiences across migration and education services. Preparing comprehensive reports and maintain records for management, detailing project status, client feedback, performance metrics, and financial data, aligning reporting with the company's focus on growth and client satisfaction. The Requirements: Relevant higher degree qualifications in Law, business, or management. At least 3 years' relevant experience gained in a professional setting At least 3 years' experience managing commercial projects and agreements Minimum of 3 years' commercial experience in project administration, particularly within business services projects. Tagalog language skill preferred considering Filipino clientele. Proven ability to follow instruction, perform under pressure and meet deadlines Demonstrated ability to successfully undertake duties and achieve agreed objectives within a team environment as well as independently applying own initiative Demonstrate ability to make decisions and act with initiative to identify and resolve problems
