JK is currently looking for an experienced customer service representative to join a world-leading manufacturing client. Organisation: JK’s client is a world leader in manufacturing electrical products for a range of clients in automotive, aviation and beyond. The role: Within this role you will be responsible for all initial customer service and reception duties, as the primary face of the site when clients, drivers and visitors arrive. To be successful in this role, you will have great organisational skills along with a strong commitment to ensuring a high-quality level of service to internal, and external, stakeholders and client groups.
