As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our outstanding customer service standards. Position: Customer Service Representative Location: Sydney, Seven Hills Working Hours: Monday to Friday Reporting To: Customer Services Team Leader Team Size: Small, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment Key Responsibilities: Manage order entry and handle 40-60 calls daily, addressing pricing and product inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Utilise Salesforce and other systems to manage and update customer data accurately. Handle email inquiries promptly and effectively, averaging up to 60 emails per day. Learn about clients' products offering additional advice and suggest additional products if required by customers Requirements: Proven track record in an administration-based customer service role, offering sales support and supporting product enquiries Proven track record in call management and customer-focused interactions. Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Sales order management experience Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Team focussed with a friendly and calm and friendly demeanour Experience with Salesforce – highly regarded Prior exposure to the electrical industry or related fields is a plus.
