Opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join a leading FMCG supplier in the South Eastern suburbs for a permanent role Your Organisation This prominent FMCG organisation located in the South-Eastern suburbs is seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join their team. The pace is fast, the challenges are real, but every day is enjoyable Your Role Reporting into the National Sales Manager your duties will include but not be limited to: - Analysing sales data and presenting it in a practical format for the sales team - Supporting the Sales Team with sales administration - Prepare material for proposals/quotations - Overseeing accounts and collaborating with clients to achieve goals - Answer queries via email, telephone and provide client support - Preparing documents and providing additional administrative support to the team - Collaborating daily with the National Sales Manager and the sales team - Liaising with internal and external stakeholders - Maintaining client relationships - Assisting clients in addressing and resolving any concerns regarding their orders - Managing sales inbox - Update customer status in Hubspot Your Profile You are tech-savvy, confident, and able to communicate effectively with all levels of management—both internally and externally—while quickly learning new skills. As a strong team player, you possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are solutions-oriented and have a natural ability to manage deadlines and work with urgency all of which will be crucial as the business continues to grow. You take pride in owning your role, providing support to the sales team. You bring a solid background in a similar Office Administrator role, driven by core values of excellence, dedication, and respect. You thrive in a dynamic, agile, and growth-focused environment.
