Options Consulting Group has partnered with a leading hospitality packaging brand, who provide disposable packaging and containers to leading hospitality brands in Australia. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Officer to support the customer service and inbound ordering team from their office location in Sunshine West. The role will be varied, sitting within the customer service team and including responsibilities such as; Order processing Invoicing Prepare and provide customer quotes Supporting the sales team Collaborate with the warehouse and operations team to ensure high-level customer service Processing of Goods Returns and Credits inline with company policies. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the customer service space, and experience working with the hospitality industry is desirable but not a necessity.
