The Opportunity: Due to an internal promotion Lindsay Transport is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Receptionist to join the team based at our Erskine Park depot. The position will be offered on a permanent part time basis offering 5 hours a day Monday to Friday with some flexibility on starting times for eg:9am to 2pm, 9:30am to 2:30pm. Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Answer phone calls and direct them to the relevant person Attend to visitors onsite ensuing they sign in and provide their details Order and despatch stationery and office supplies Book and coordinating travel arrangements Manage incoming and outgoing mail Order uniforms liaising with staff and providers to provide updates on timescales Coordinate office activities Send out employee feedback surveys and collate results General administrative duties About you: To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate: Some administration/ reception experience Sound PC and administrative skills (esp.
