About the Company Healthcare Australia (HCA) is a national organisation that provides labour hire workers to the Healthcare Sector. We are currently experiencing a demand for skilled Disability Support Workers to work directly with our host clients within the Central Coast and Lake Macquarie areas. Mixture of day shifts (AM/PM): Shifts vary from 3-8 hours & night duty - something to suit everyone's availability. Support participants with mental health, intellectual and physical disabilities in group homes, SIL, SDA or their own home. This is a casual agency role, though there are opportunities to evolve to a permanent part-time position with one of our host organizations. To be successful in this role you must have: Minimum 6 months paid work experience in the disability industry Evidence of COVID-19 Vaccination doses. Current Working with Children (WWCC) & NDIS Worker Check. National Police Check Drivers Licence A strong sense of professional boundaries.
