This group successfully own, develop and manage a diverse portfolio of Assets Australia wide. This includes retail shopping centres, commercial property and leisure. Working with an experienced team you will provide strategic leadership and direction relating to the faciltiies management of two shopping centres in Melbourne's South/East. This role also involves executing capital projects, ensuring compliance and providing a safe and secure environment for all. Main responsibilities: Manage all maintenance requirements for the shopping centre. Achieve compliance for all essential safety measures requirements. Present the assets to the highest possible standard every day for retailers, consumers, and staff. Manage planning, delivery and stabilisation activities. Oversee the administration of all operational contracts. Establish quality standards aimed at exceeding customer and retailer expectations. Ideal background: Building Management/Facilities Management/Operations experience Experience in a shopping centre environment advantageous Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Initiative, professionalism & persistence In return you will be rewarded with a great working environment and unmatched career opportunities.
