The Role Reporting to the Customer Manager your responsibilities will include the following: • End-to-end order management and processing • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers • Communicate with Warehouse and Assembly teams • Enter and verify customer orders, allocate stock, create workshop jobs and invoice orders once complete. Skills and Experience • Customer Service experience within Manufacturing, Wholesale, or FMGC • End-to-end order processing, ideally in manufacturing • System experience with Microsoft D365 highly regarded • Confidence talking to clients and suppliers on the phone • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across departments • Planning and scheduling proficiency Company Culture The company values excellence and commitment to their product and people.
