Warehouse Manager Required. Our client is looking to bring in an experienced Warehouse Manager who will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of this busy warehouse to ensure seamless warehouse operations. Working in this time critical environment this opportunity will allow you to make your stamp on improving processes and efficiencies to deliver operational excellence while maintaining high standards and exceeding safety regulations. You will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Manage daily warehousing activities, including receiving goods, picking, packing, dispatch, stock control, and logistics coordination. Maintain accurate inventory control and records of deliveries. Participate in planning and improvement processes Liaise with various stakeholders, including production and clients, to ensure organisational KPI’s are met Managing all stock movements and reconciliation of all finished goods. Managing cycle counting and investigation of variances in line with the companies' expectations. Develop your team, including succession planning and performance management. Conduct root cause analysis on recurring issues and implement continuous improvement activities as required. Get up to date and maintain the company’s ERP system ABOUT YOU You will come to us with previous experience in warehouse management within a manufacturing and production environment.
