Davies Stewart is thrilled to partner with Fujitsu General to find a passionate Customer Experience Manager Within this role, you'll champion the company values and enhance the overall customer experience for both internal and external clients. With one direct report, you'll oversee day-to-day operations and ensure our team's performance aligns with our commitment to outstanding service. What's in it for you? Ensure alignment of department business plans to organisational strategic objectives. Develop a culture of ownership through continual empowerment of the team. Delivery Forecasting/Delivery Management. Knowledge & understanding of inventory and availability of supply. Liaise and support BM sales teams. Liaise and communicate with contracted local warehouses (if applicable) for receipt of inventory and supply of orders to meet our requirements and expectations. Responsible for the operational functions of the state office. Work with and support other departments when it is required i.e. Fujitsu Assist Coordinators. Mentoring, coaching and development of all direct reports. Monitor and evaluate the performance and the efficiency of employees. Minimise credit returns by improving accuracy and improving attention to detail. Skills & Experience: Administrative skills (proficient in MS Office suite) Time and people management skills Build & maintain working relationships. Strong communication, verbal and written and interpersonal skills. Strong customer focus Ability to work in a team - a relationship builder. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and lead change.
