About the Role As a Customer Support Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for efficiently managing customer inquiries, providing detailed product information, processing orders, and coordinating spare part requests. Requirements Key opportunities for this role include: Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products. Process customer orders and service requests in a timely manner. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively. Maintain and update customer records in the database. Administration of part returns and credit processing Liaise with third party providers for interpretation, pricing and availability of spare parts To be successful in this role you will likely have: Parts interpreting skills A mechanical aptitude Proven experience in a customer support role or similar position.
