The Role: Providing secretarial and administrative support to Partners and Associates with duties incorporating: Preparation of documents, letters and emails Proofreading court documents, tenders and agreements Drafting court documents Answering phones and assisting with client queries Form professional and friendly client relationships Form relationships across the team Opening and maintaining client files Diary maintenance, meetings and travel bookings Relief reception The Person: Ideally with a professional services background and a willingness to learn, the successful candidates will have excellent administrative capabilities and a solid command of MS office. High levels of confidentiality and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team player able to use initiative Reliable and trustworthy We are recruiting for two similar roles. 1. 6-10 month maternity leave cover with full time hours 2.
