About the role: We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Consultant to join the sales team. In this role, you will be the go-to person for customers looking to purchase trucks. You will primarily engage with customers face-to-face in the truck yard, guiding them through the buying process, offering advice, and helping them make informed decisions. Whether it’s helping them find the perfect model or discussing financing options, your role will be pivotal in ensuring a great customer experience. Responsibilities: • Engage directly with customers, providing tailored advice and assistance in purchasing trucks. • Manage face-to-face sales interactions from the truck yard. • Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to boost sales initiatives. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the truck inventory, features, and financing options. • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. About you: • Previous experience in vehicle sales, ideally in truck sales, is preferred, but if you have experience selling any type of vehicles, you will still be a great fit. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • A proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve sales goals.
