The role In this role, you’ll be the face of the company, providing a warm welcome to clients and visitors while ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk Your typical day-to-day duties will include Welcome and assist clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanour Handle incoming phone calls and efficiently direct them to the relevant team members. Schedule and manage meeting rooms, ensuring they are equipped and ready for use at all times. Provide administrative support, including tasks like document preparation, printing, and other requests as needed. Organise refreshments and catering for meetings and events, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and staff. Ensure the reception area and related services run smoothly and are well-maintained. Perform various ad-hoc administrative duties to support the wider team. To be successful in this role, you will possess the following attributes: 2 years of previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, ideally in a corporate setting. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Polished and professional appearance, with strong interpersonal skills. Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
