Great opportunity to take the next step in your career as a Legal Secretary. a&co Recruitment are delighted to partner with this full-service mid-tier Law firm who are seeking a professional, full-time legal secretary to join their dynamic Tax team in the Adelaide office. Key Responsibilities: Engage with clients and staff on routine matters. Prepare legal documents and correspondence with precision. Handle administrative duties, including diary management, travel arrangements, answering phones, and taking messages. Manage billing processes efficiently. Open, maintain, and close electronic files. Qualifications & Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. A positive, can-do attitude with strong multitasking skills to support multiple fee earners. Systems savvy particularly in Word and PowerPoint, along with basic knowledge of Excel, and a typing speed of 60 wpm. Prior experience with document management and billing systems. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting. Initiative and the capability to work autonomously. The ideal candidate will have a couple of years experience as a Legal Secretary and be looking to further their career in a top 10 Australian practice. You will be willing to learn, have high levels of attention to detail and be able to work independently.
