An opportunity has become available to join this vibrant, professional team as a Dispatch / Customer service person for immediate start. Overview The successful applicant will be responsible for, but not restricted to: Customer Service Delivery planning support Data Entry Benefits and culture Permanent full-time role. Learn new skills in a close-knit team. Monday to Friday working with a 6.30am start, incl 1 RDO. Competitive salary super Great work life balance The role Plan coordinate and prepare daily freight manifests / proof of deliveries. Calling customers and advising product availability and delivery details. Liaising with truck drivers and arranging deliveries -up to 10 trucks per day. Internal liaising with sales / production / Stores. Sourcing small consumables from set supplier and raising purchase orders as necessary. Desirable criteria: Previous experience in customer service such as invoicing / dispatch / purchasing / delivery manifests/ admin paperwork. Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite & WMS systems. Good numerical and accuracy skills. Willing to learn new things Highly motivated person with good communication skills.
