About the role: We are seeking a passionate and innovative Designer to join our multi-disciplinary team. The role will be a part of the Creative Team to support the creation of a range of digital media assets across the IntoWork Group for diverse audiences. Your focus will be crafting content and designs for social media assets, videos and digital marketing collateral that effectively communicate our brand's messaging to our audiences. As the Designer, you will: Creating & editing video content and animations in response to brief Adhere to the established brand guidelines and style guides and apply the brand elements consistently across all deliverables Work in collaboration with the Design Lead and the wider Marketing team to complete projects Updating Monday.com board as required Sourcing of imagery/photography Filing/archiving About you: We are seeking a passionate and energetic individual with the following background: 3 years' experience in a similar role. Strong visual design, video editing and proofing skills Adobe CC/Premier Pro and After Effects design software Archiving/managing the filing system Project management Photography/video, and animation skills a bonus Ability to turn ideas into finished designs, animations and videos Ability to work to a brief, problem solve and respond to feedback Ability to work well under pressure Develop creative concepts Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia.
