We at Workforce Extensions are proud to be supporting Chief Group in seeking to appoint an experienced Project Manager/Senior Project Engineer to join their team. Typical responsibilities will include; Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget Lead and manage project teams, including contractors and external consultants End to end management of supplier/contractor documentation Assist with preparation of tenders and quotations from start to finish Provide support and guidance to team members Promptly respond to client and stakeholder queries Ensuring a safe work practice in line with company policies and procedures Work individually and in a team environment Contribute to client negotiations Provide progress reports Research environmental considerations About you To be considered for this position we are seeking applications from candidates who possess the following experience, skills, attributes and qualifications; Tertiary qualifications in engineering/civil construction Previous experience working on civil projects in either Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer roles Exceptional prioritisation and organisational skills, including working to strict deadlines Strong HSE knowledge High levels of attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated, with a proven ability to work manage own workloads Strong administrative skills Current drivers' licence What's on offer Negotiable salary Long term job stability Support from a hard working and high achieving team Job Benefits The successful applicant will contribute to Chief's 2024 (and beyond) growth plans.
