About the role You will be responsible for ensuring that project work delivered to the client is outcome-focused and remains appropriate for their business requirements. The Senior Consultant also provides active mentoring and peer support of other team members where needed. Key responsibilities: Leading the development and implementation of new technologies within a large systems environment by advising on architecture, design concepts, implementation strategies and deployment timelines Designing and developing high quality business solutions and other projects Evaluating customer's business needs with input to strategic planning of business systems and directions Ensuring consulting services are delivered on time, within scope and within budget Provide advice on project costs, design concepts, or design changes Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals and provide advice on project costs, design concepts, or design changes Drafting detailed reports that document work completed and ensure that proposed system(s) and architecture(s) are consistent with client organisation's architecture guidelines and requirements About you The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in professional services, cyber security and/or technology industry, preferably with experience in security integration and engineering. You will also demonstrate: Experience in architecture, design, implementation and integration of security, network and mobility solutions, including endpoint, firewall, WAF, NAC, data centre, wireless, SDWAN, internet connectivity and remote access Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills with an ability to build credibility with senior leaders and internal teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build sustainable, scalable solutions and processes to meet complex operational problems Innovative mindset and openness to change, with a focus on finding opportunities for continuous improvement and ways to optimise work processes High emotional intelligence, with an ability to demonstrate empathy, connection, and assertiveness Skill and resilience to respond to setbacks in an agile and productive manner Great advantages for great people A salary package that recognises your experience plus a range of advantages (just some of which are listed below – ask us for a benefits brochure).
