The Role Reporting to the Head of Workspace, this role will be responsible for delivering high quality, customer focused service and a seamless t echnology experience to the business. Keeping abreast of the technologies and tools to ensure current and emerging requirements are met across the broader business. This role will be responsible for researching, designing, and defining physical and digital device experiences, encompassing workspace equipment, layout, devices, telephony, and collaboration and mobility tools. What You Bring To The Role Minimum of 7 years’ experience in IT service and operational environments supporting end user technologie s, with a least 3 years in a lead role. Proven track record in leading technical teams and delivering complex engineering projects. Extensive experience with EUC tech, collaboration tools and Infrastructure. Strong technical skills with a deep understand of Microsoft 365, Intune, AD/AAD , and endpoint management. Excellent understanding of end - user technologies and their effective implementation . Knowledge of automation tools and practices, with a focus on driving efficiency and scalability. Effective workload and ITSM q ueue management , ITIL certified as a bonus. This role needs someone who has a proven ability to lead, mentor and develop talent within the team. This is a highly collaborative environment working across multiple teams. Essential to the role is an ability to work to deadlines and prioritise and multitask well in a fast paced team environment. What's In It For You?
