There are multiple opportunities across both L2 and L3 support. This is a hybrid role, 3 days a week in Sydney's CBD. You will provide both onsite and remote technical support, manage the setup and installation for new projects, and handle onboarding tasks for existing projects. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality onsite and remote technical support for Level 2/3 issues. Oversee the setup, installation, and onboarding processes for new and ongoing projects. Document solutions, environments, and processes comprehensively for both new and existing clients. Required Skills: Proficient in Windows Server and Active Directory administration. Extensive experience with Microsoft Office 365 Administration. Strong background in Remote Desktop support. Solid understanding of LAN/WAN networking concepts and troubleshooting. Experience with Hyper-V and virtualization technologies. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services. Knowledge of advanced networking concepts (e.g., 802.1q, 802.1x, dynamic routing). Exposure to IP Telephony systems.
