Responsibilities Design and implement grid integration solutions for renewable energy projects. Conduct grid impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies. Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless integration of renewable energy sources into the grid. Analyse grid performance data and recommend improvements for stability and efficiency. Liaise with regulatory bodies, network operators, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with grid codes and standards. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, reports, and procedures. Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to grid integration. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related field. Extensive experience in grid integration, power systems engineering, or a related role. Strong knowledge of grid codes, standards, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in power system analysis tools and software. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
