ConsultANZ is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ground Improvement Engineers/Manager to join our client's dynamic team. Our client is an internationally renowned ground engineering and foundation services company with nationwide operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in geotechnical engineering, with specific expertise in ground improvement techniques. This role entails overseeing projects from conception to completion, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the successful implementation of ground improvement solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage ground improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Conduct site investigations and geotechnical assessments to determine the most suitable ground improvement techniques. Design and develop ground improvement solutions, including but not limited to soil stabilization, grouting, vibro-compaction, and dynamic compaction. Prepare and review technical reports, project proposals, and engineering drawings. Provide technical support and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in ground improvement techniques. Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in ground improvement engineering or a related discipline. Strong knowledge of various ground improvement techniques and their applications. Proficiency in geotechnical software and tools. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
