Senior Customer Support Engineer About the Opportunity We are pleased to offer a new exciting, p ermanent position for individuals interested in joining our Tait Asia Pacific Team as an experienced Senior Customer Support Engineer in our Melbourne Office. This role is primarily responsible for providing high-quality technical support to customers, drive customer satisfaction, and contribute to the strategic goals of the organi s ation through expert technical knowledge and exceptional customer service. Key functions of this role also include : Systematic f ault finding and replication Provision of technical information to customers Generation of c ustomer reports Testing of network and terminal components and software ITIL aligned Incident and Problem management This position will require some flexibility in working hours as there is a requirement to complete 'on call' scheduled hours to support customers outside of regular business hours. What You will Bring: To be successful in this role you will need to be extremely customer focused, with advanced technical knowledge and excellent attentional to detail.
