Provide technical support for rides, attractions, plant and equipment. Organize administration and maintenance of repairs. Your day to day: • Ensure Tradespersons are scheduled to complete tasks and department is running to maximize efficiency • Organize the shift roster to ensure suitable coverage • Organize PM inspections and maintenance and coordinate repairs • Actively look for ways to improve current processes and procedures • Ensure all work is carried out in a safe manner • Oversee minimum stock levels for rides, attractions and equipment What you’ll bring: • Mechanical Trade Certificate required • Self organization, problem solving and time management skills with excellent communication, delegation and leadership skills with a strong focus on quality control • Strong focus and sound understanding of Occupational Health and Safety requirements • Proven mechanical aptitude essential • Elevated Work Platform (EWP) license an advantage • Ability to work at heights and forklift license essential • Basic electrical safety awareness and understanding • Welding and fabrication skills would be highly regarded • Sound knowledge of rides and attractions and VRTP maintenance procedures/policies • Strong understanding of effective rostering and labour management • Manual Driver’s license required • Knowledge of SAP and Maximo highly desirable.
