Due to a promotion within the business, they are looking for a highly motivated and welcoming Corporate Reception / Administrator to join their team. Reporting to a wonderful Practice Manager, you will be the first point of contact for clients, and will assist the broader accounting team. Some of your duties may include - Meeting and greeting clients Email/records and database management Handling client and office correspondences Diary management Scheduling appointments Booking meetings Executive and administrative support to the Director and overall team Any other administrative tasks as required by the Practice Manager About you - At least one year of experience in a professional services support role (E.g Reception, Tax Administrator, Client Services Officer) Strong communication and organisational skills High attention to detail Tech savvy and able to pick up new systems and processes' The ability to work autonomously and within a team Fun, bubbly and energetic personality Benefits - Great culture Career development Comprehensive training and support provided Regular team lunches Free on-site parking Fun team-building days Access to Employee Assistance Program Casual Days Applicants must have permanent working rights in Australia.
