Your Role We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and passionate educator for the position of Teacher Assistant (Indigenous Education) to join our team at Emmaus College, Rockhampton. This is a term time contract position for 27.5hpw, for an immediate commencement until 6 December 2024. Selection Criteria The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate: A knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories, cultures and spiritualities. An ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, their families and school staff to improve educational outcomes through targeted and direct academic support.
