The Role: Reporting to the Payroll Manager, our Data Entry Administrator will join our Payroll team of 5, based at our Acacia Ridge Corporate Office. This role is an important one to ensure the business delivers accurate, compliant and timely weekly payroll. Our Payroll team is competent and effective, and are well supported by the Corporate Services and Financial Senior Leadership. This is an exciting time to join our team at Lindsay We're in the midst of a significant transformation of our Payroll function, including the rollout of a new Payroll Management System. As such, for our preferred candidate we are open to flexible office-based work hours, including part time and school hours, through to full time. Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Entering data relevant to employee’s time worked, to facilitate payrolling calculations; Reviewing and checking time and attendance records and entries (UKG Kronos); Employee record management, including updating personal details, tax information, and payroll changes. Administering the setup of new employees, pay and leave adjustments. About you: To succeed in this role, we anticipate you will be able to demonstrate or provide examples of: Proven high volume data entry experience. Demonstrated ability to work accurately at speed. A customer service focus and strong relationship management. Output orientation with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Delivery of self-manage workloads and assigned accountabilities. A positive mindset with a friendly persona; and Prior experience in a payroll position (highly regarded but not essential).
