Word processing of reports, general letters of advice, minutes, etc. Assisting with the processing, recording and follow up of all Company Statements. Attending to the processing, recording and distribution of Notice of Assessments and other ATO correspondence. Electronic filing of letters and other documents and correspondence. Assistance with maintaining the firm’s database. Other duties as assigned from time to time Skills And Experiences Excellent verbal and written communication Organised and able to meet deadlines Diploma or certificate IV in Business Admin/related field of study, or relevant experience Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook)
